Point Duty is an Australian based company that specialises in products to combat the criminal use of technology specifically intelligence gathering to support Intelligence, Law Enforcement and Copyright Protection organisations. Point Duty provides its customers with world-class intelligence gathering and analysis tools.
Background
Point Duty was formed in mid 2004 to commercialise a suite of Intelligence tools. The Company commenced onsite trialling of peer to peer search tools with an Australian Law Enforcement organisation in mid 2005. The trials resulted in certification of system functionality in late 2006. Point Duty DISCOVERY was delivered and commissioned at the first Australian site in March 2007. The company has a small development team that integrates hardware and software components into leading edge tools designed to ensure maximum compatibility between software applications and the hardware platforms that they run on.
Vision
Point Duty is dedicated to the research, development and commercialisation of hardware and software for the anti-terrorist, law enforcement and intellectual property protection market.
